YES, we asked to remove the earrings.

NO, we could not move the hair out of the way because our hands were full managing her ear and irrigating.

YES removing this large plug was extremely satisfying.

PLEASE be nice to your fellow man. I promise, so many people with impacted ears have tried their best and are trying to get a grip on what’s happening to their ears, or have had bad experiences with previous providers. I am rooting for them everytime they bravely walk into the office and so happy they walk out trusting us and hearing better.
