NEW ELF GLIMMER LIP OILS - mini haul with swatches!

Oh, the Memories! ELF has been one of my FAVORITE makeup brands for over 13 years. I remember I was in high school when the company ELF had first opened, and I JUMPED on them. I loved to use ELF products along with my other favorite brand at the time, Wet n Wild, for color products for eyes, cheeks and lips. ELF used to have AMAZING powder blushes, including a really cute, sparkly NARS Angelika blush dupe called FUSCHIA FUSION, which is to this day, the only blush I've ever used an ENTIRE pan of - I had just graduated high school when I bought it and it was my only blush for a couple years until I used it up. I had still liked a minimal more glowy natural look even in high school and a couple years after, before I started really getting into more colorful makeup, but I always loved a bright blush! This ELF blush was extremely bright, yet still sheer, made me look awake and healthy, and it actually lasted a decent time on my skin without fading too quickly. Best part? It was the perfect pink for my skin tone when worn with minimal glowy makeup. And It was $3. That line of blushes is sadly discontinued.

I love that ELF always releases quality products at an extremely affordable price. Although they’ve increased in price over the years, they’re not skipping on quality and continue to be innovative in their formulas. Back when all their products were priced at $1 or $3, the quality was more hit and miss in pigment and durability, but was still usable, some of the products just needed more finessing!

Back to Present Day: They need to keep releasing more shades in these lip oils because their Lip Oil in Rose Envy has been one of my FAVORITE items for deep hydration, glassy shine, and beautiful lasting power! I think their Lip Oil formula one of the BEST lip formulas I’ve tried from the drugstore in a while. They have released a NEW line of Oils in a ‘Glimmer’ formula, featuring beautiful neutral and deeper shades with tons of sparkle and diamond-like shine!

I purchased 2 Glimmer Lip Oils from this new collection. First impression? I really am impressed, they’re very similar to their original line of lip oils in formula. However, I definitely have a preference for one shade over the other that I bought. Watch the video for more details as well as swatches!
