In this video Discussion with KING SETH on music and Meditation Music. Meditation can be done in different ways many people do it sitting down on the floor, chair but can also be done laying down flat for example in bed.
It starts with YOU! taking action! Take a look on google and do your own research on meditation. I have listed the common types of meditation below:
Mindfulness meditation.
Spiritual meditation.
Focused meditation.
Movement meditation.
Mantra meditation.
Zen meditation
Transcendental meditation.
Progressive relaxation.
Loving-kindness meditation
Give it a go! stick at it and stay consistent. You may not notice a difference straight away.
Breathing exercise:
Slowly breathe in 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, release 4 seconds. Keep doing this with your eyes either opened or closed in the morning and evening before bed. You can also use this anytime throughout the day when you are in stressful situations.
