"The company BecexTech Australia with the ABN ABN 79 3** *** *** is a total fraud. I purchased anew samsung s24 ultra on 24th dec 2024, which arrived on 6th jan 2025. I noticed that there was no original samsung seal, but had BecexTech seal. I didnt used th phone for a month as i had to move all the stuff from old phone. Now within 2 months of usage, the phone started developing audio issues, the speaker went bad, the ring tone started clattering and i couldnt hear the voice on the other line...."
