Baby potatoes-400-500gms
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-2-3 tbspn



Methi-4-5 bundles
Oil-2-3 tbspn
Green chilly-2
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Garlic cloves-5-7
Onion-2
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes-1 tsp
Butter-1 tsp
