Inspired by Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics, this article proposes a set of four foundational laws designed to ensure the ethical development and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). These laws encompass beneficence and non-maleficence, autonomy and transparency, justice and fairness, and controlled replication. They are aimed at maximizing positive impacts while minimizing harm, maintaining human decision-making autonomy, promoting fairness, and preventing unauthorized self-replication. This framework is intended to guide AI developers, users, and policymakers towards responsible and safe AI utilization
