Is 100% remote work good or not?

Remote work has benefits, but it comes with its own set of challenges. On one hand, it has increased our access to a global and diverse talent pool and allowed people to work from anywhere.

But, it's important to acknowledge the challenges. Remote work can make it more difficult for employers to measure accountability and productivity, particularly for knowledge workers. It also poses a risk of employees missing out on the social interactions and learning opportunities that come with in-person collaboration.
