In this installment, Georgia Ports Chief Human Resource Officer Lise Altman and Manager of Learning and Development Tanya Chisholm discuss GPA's Youth Learning Equipment and Safety (Y.E.S.) program. The Y.E.S. program provides an alternative for graduating high school seniors ready to start a career and not on a traditional four-year college track. Joemell Williams, a recent Y.E.S. graduate, is now training to become a ship-to-shore crane operator.
