It's gradually getting warmer in Sado, and today was a very fine day. With the warm weather, it seems that the variety of fish on display in stores has increased. This time, I bought Takana Hachime and had it grilled with salt. I also bought the sardines I was looking for, and dried them whole. Also, since today is White Day, I bought a cake from Osaka Yane in Ryotsu. It was a very luxurious meal to entertain!
