Front End Optimization for Drupal - Part 1

Having more number of CSS files results in more HTTP hits to Server. This will increase the page load time and decrease the performance. If we have more than 31 CSS files, the CSS will very likely break in Internet Explorer Browser. This problem is specific to IE Browser only.
