Yes you can run a Modular engine with just a multiplier

This video is in response to MrNJersey's video which looks like he's implying you can't get an efficient fuel ratio without a micro controller managing the AFR. This video is to demonstrate you definitely DO NOT need a micro controller and can run off a simple function block and a throttle.

I have a PID to demonstrate a controlled RPS will provide a high efficiency and being able to adjust the AFR by a keypad also works just as fine. Depending on what you want more, less fuel usage vs peek power. I personally would prefer peek power and a ratio of 0.52 : 1 of fuel : Air is the best you can get at ANY rpm and at ANY load which my video demonstrates including letting the engine run off the limiter by cutting the load while the PID is asking for more rps than it's getting.

If someone wants more detail I'll record another video.

Link to my current controller. I finally decided to post it since I don't see anybody else figuring this out after the year these things have been around.
