Photoshop CC April 2021 v 22.3.1 No GPU Acceleration easy workaround - No rollback needed

Try this if your GPU is grayed out and not detected in the newest April 2021 Photoshop CC version. No need to reinstall, or roll back to previous version. Also make sure all your GPU drivers are up to date.
