The original title was "how to not be a douche while selling your dev services" because we have all been there, or witnessed it. You go to try and poach a developer for their help, and they talk down to you, or overall just are unpleasant to deal with. Some of them having a "higher than though" mentality which can be very frustrating.

In this episode we cover how to NOT to do that, because sometimes as a developer, we may not even notice it. We also discuss the opposite side of the spectrum, how to purchase or find a developer.
