Unit 23 bigO

AT 05:20 I have mistakenly said COUNTER CONTROLLED LOOP for INNER LOOP for controlling PASSES.

The OUTER LOOP is used for CONTROLLING PASSES. And the While Loop is used in the Efficient Bubble sort as the outer loop to control Passes. Please Take note of this.
