Do you need Programming Skills for Penetration Testing?

Personally, unpopular opinion, not anymore. I can program, and I've had to learn it for penetration testing. But with tools like ChatGPT, I no longer see myself using the skills I learnt anymore, when it is so much easier to get AI to handle it. AI is great for short, easy to write scripts, which is what pentesting usually uses.
