Concepts is now easier to use with a mouse + keyboard or a Wacom tablet.

Use keyboard shortcuts for Pan (space), Zoom (S) and Rotate (R) to quickly navigate your canvas and work with selections and shape guides

You can also set Zoom & Rotation tools in your tool wheel.
