UPDATE ------------------ 26 June 2020 , firebase tools Version 8.4.3

You no longer need to set the environment to point to the credentials when you authenticate, it will save a credential in your home folder and the Emulator will point there.

I got tired of using the cloud logs to debug things let's do it locally!
