@BodyFixExercises

Is your knee pain long term or just recent?

@SibylleLeon

Yes! That's exactly it. Especially with what you say at the end, with anterior pelvic tilt exacerbating the issue. I'll add these to my routine - thank you!
P.S. I particularly enjoyed Sebas demonstrating the "cat" part of the cat/cow exercise, LOL

This video is a godsend this morning

@garyknight8616

Great explanation and exercise cues. Thank you.

@mj846

Your shoulder exercises have worked wonders and now I shall try these because I have exactly the inner knee and patella
pain you mentioned.
Your videos are always clear and helpful.
Many thanks.

@CastleHassall

wow!!! thankyou so much.. i think these excercises could save me from a lot of worry..i just tried them and I'm pretty sure this is the issue, the muscle strength, even though i excercise I've had pain in my leg muscles for ages and didn't think it could be weak "specialist" muscles (i know they are all special but i hope people get what i mean.. the ones that are affecting my knee pain etc)

thankyou so much!

@Seahawkess

Yes! Long term due to pronation. Please leave link to your pronation video. Thank you!😊

@DrMoradii

Thank you❤🎉

@WOLIGMEM

Thank you very much doctor Stefan for your videos! But do you want to ask the doctor where your hair is?

@christinevisser350

Is that cat alive? 🤭 Just joking, thanks for very informative videos!

@Saftig_bo

My legs kinda go outwards from the knee down, I dont know what this is called in english but I also tend to let my legs sink into the middle of my body, but it only hurts when I am standing for too long or walking very slow, I can run without problems, go up stairs but then also when I walk down the stairs I hear 2 to 3 clicks every steps I take but only in the left leg, do you know what might be the issue here? I am 22 years old and one doctor that I went to said that I might have arthtitis but I cant get an appointment for a xray to find out (both my knees also klick when I am using the leg extention machine in the gym)

Huh! I did not know that my foot-scrunching was actually an exercise.

Family tendencies for pronation have had me focusing on walking on the outsides of my feet since childhood, so I do not have this particular knee issue. However, that practice means that the peripheral sides of my calves and other leg muscles are usually fairly tight. Do you have any videos about dealing with that?
