What is burnout recovery? How do we actually achieve it?
The reality is that you don’t need any expensive wellness retreats or fancy health tracking technology to recover from burnout. What you actually need is much more simple.
Physical, emotional, and sensory rest are the building blocks of burnout recovery; and that simply means, getting enough sleep, stepping back from overstimulating environments when you can, nourishing your body with whole foods, foods that bring you joy, and surrounding yourself with people who fill your cup.
Burnout recovery is possible, and taking these little steps closer in choosing kindness and compassion towards yourself can make all the difference.
