Trans women will always be welcome in our clinic 💖🏳️‍⚧️

Let me say it louder for the people at the back - MEN are statistically the people harming us both in public and at home, NOT👏trans 👏 women!

The Supreme Court ruling is yes, ridiculous, but it’s also oh so dangerous for more reasons than most women possibly realise right now. Why? Because it not only puts the already extremely vulnerable trans community in danger in public spaces, but it also minimises and deflects from the fact that men remain the majority of perps for not only women, but also trans women, children, and even other men!!

This ruling upholds patriarchal standards for both cis and trans women. It upholds damaging gender stereotypes, and returns us to the days where “girls wear pink, and boys don’t cry”.

The trans community have always, and will always be safe and welcomed into our clinic space 🏳️‍⚧️
