The KEY to fix shoulder pain. (NOT Rotator Cuff Exercises)

Shoulder impingement, bursitis, tendonitis, and rotator cuff tears all really stem from the same thing—a lack of space inside the shoulder joint. The movement of your shoulder blade is the KEY to fix shoulder pain for good. (Rotator Cuff strain is more of a symptom in most people, not the cause!)

If you increase upward rotation of the shoulder blade it frees up space in the shoulder, taking pressure off the rotator cuff muscles, and the bursa. Strengthening the Serratus Anterior and Lower Traps improves good shoulder blade movement dramatically.
