Overcoming Dynamic Knee Valgus For Permanent Knee Pain Relief

If you get knee pain at the front, or inner knee pain, there’s a good chance that have something called 'Dynamic Knee Valgus', which is terrible for your knees! In this video I explain what that is and how to fix it. With DKV the knee & kneecap move out their normal plane of motion, and can cause:
• strained inner knee tendons & ligaments (Medial Collateral Ligament strain, Pes Anserine tendonitis or bursitis)
• pain under your kneecap (Runner’s Knee, or “Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome”)
• tendon pain above or below your kneecap (Patellar Tendonitis & Quadriceps Tendonitis)
• Hoffa’s Fat Pad Syndrome
• or even Meniscus tears or ACL ligament damage

So, if your knee hurts to walk downstairs, or you get knee pain while running, or even walking, check this out. Correcting foot pronation and internal hip rotation can give amazing knee pain relief.
